The Rosecroft Village Homeowners Association (RVHOA) is a not-for-profit corporation, created in 1987, and made up of volunteer homeowners elected by the homeowners. RVHOA’s current Board of Directors are Beverly Bolden (President), Denise Hicks (Vice President), Marilyn Anderson (Secretary), William Wetherill (Treasurer), Sonya Lewis (Member-at-Large), and Shirley Austin (Member-at-Large).
RVHOA works to foster a sense of community within Rosecroft Village and improve the quality of life in Rosecroft Village. The Association maintains the common areas in order to increase the property values. This Homowners Association operates under covenants, rules which address issues such as architectural guideline changes, parking, fences, and pets.
The RVHOA is committed to open communication with homeowners and residents, and as such it circulates quarterly newsletters, and encourages the use of our new website in order to expedite a more effective line of communication. All Board meetings are open to homeowners and residents.
The Board meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month at Barnaby Manor Elementary school.
Our management company, The Management Group Associates (TMGA), was hired because their philosophy mirrors our Association's with a focus on “enhancing the financial condition, quality of life and appearance” of Rosecroft Village.
RVHOA takes pride in the team work of the Board and committees, its leadership abilities, and the success shown in the upkeep of our community. The Board is continually seeking new volunteers to help with this work either by serving either on the Board or on one of several committees -- Architectural Control, Newsletter, Social and Welcoming Committees.
Remember, the goal of our Homeowners Association is to enhance Rosecroft Village and promote a safe living environmental for all!
