The Management Group Associates is owned by Jeff Gatling, who holds 100% of the outstanding shares of the Corporation. Mr. Gatling holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Journalism. He has been with TMGA for 22 years and was previously President, Senior Vice President and Director of Properties.

Mr. Gatling's "goal is to always serve and make Prince Georges County the quality residential area that it deserves to be."

TMGA has been in operation since August 1, 1977 to solely administer and service Homeowner and Condominium Associations. TMGA currently manages 96 properties. They employ 35 people to fully service their clients, comprising of approximately 21,900 homes.
